He says in silverstone Colin quit after only 4 laps.
What the hell does he think he is to talk in that way about the MAN???

Team Honda-Yamaha-Jarvis-Suter-Herve Suck.
Kneel down, ye sinners,
To streetwise religion,
Greed's been crowned the new King
Hollywood dream teens, yesterdays trash queens,
save the blessing for the final ring,
AMEN!!!

I guess their hearing is not as good as expected.
I think CEII calls it as he sees it and sees it as it is & that can piss people off.
Why would a top class racer be excited to be in the low teens from the front, it is not surprising motivation would be lost, this is a two way street, Mr. Suter!
Perhaps Mr. Suter and Ducati should get together in a support group for teams not listening or considering riders but in return expecting total devotion and commitment to kill themselves by over riding their POS's to flatter the talent of their engineers.

You can always get a wild-card for the Texas GP. No way Ezpeleta turns that down. Take Ben and Nicky with you, too.

Colin needs to go back and do 3 years in WSBK. Go and enjoy it again. Let your kids see you standing on the box. Race in a relaxed environment. Stick the cash in the kids college account and stick a title in the cabinet. Race to win. Put a smile on your face again.

Oh, and if you have a shit program, blame the rider. Wouldn't want to drive the sponsors away by saying, 'the issue is, we have a shit program'.

Sounds like an out of context quote... or at least I hope it is. To call out your rider like that in public???
I hope you're right Simone. But just to cover the alternative: Fuck you Mr. Suter.

What is the general vibe? Is this Colin's last year in MotoGP or will he find another ride?
Since Colin's sacking at Tech 3, we have speculated and postulated what and where Colin should be. That along with some comments on this thread has prompted me to say this:
We've gone through the CE2 timeline.......from WSBK 2x champ.....into his time in MotoGP. It's unfortunate (in a sense) that Col is relegated to riding CRT bikes and having to deal with the working in/with the bottom rung teams in MotoGP. BUT......he's in MotoGP……..NOT WSBK! That's the choice HE HAS MADE. He's done the Superbike thing, won 2 championships. From my perspective and from chatting with certain knowledgable folks.....MotoGP is where he's going to be until his exit from racing competition.
He's done WSBK. He is a respected rider and though he has never won a race at the MotoGP level......commands respect from his peers for who he is, what he's done and how he's conducted business during his tenure. He's been in the MotoGP paddock for SO LONG. Do you realize that after Colin (and Nicky), ONLY Rossi has been in the show longer?!! Many riders have come and GONE.....Colin is still in MotoGP. THAT is a testament to his competency, his competitiveness and his team spirit. And though I don’t see that it has any bearing on his lengthy stay in The Show….we love and appreciate his unwavering candid, no bullshit nature, telling it like it is and great sense of humor (not to mention his acting chops). Oh……and before one of you assholes mentions my lack of addressing Colin being one of the best bike and tire development riders….there, it’s done.
For us......the Tornadiac Faithful......it's difficult to see him have to ride a bike that not up to or worthy of Colin’s talent level. But it is what it is. Enjoy it while you can.....I do. See you at Laguna.
