While Motomatters and crash.net list the same times, MM shows Colin on various machines but crash lists the piece of Suter only and adds the note, "Edwards is due to test Pirro's FTR-Honda and the FTR-Kawasaki of Yonny Hernandez, meaning those lap times may also be his (the timing transponder identifies the bike, not the rider)".
Say the FTR Honda was better for Colin, what is the possibility that he would not ride it faster than the Suter?

Yeah, I saw all of that. I didn't see anything regarding what Colin had to say, or any direct times he did on the other machines.
I would say that even if the FTR Honda was better, his times might not reflect that...the bike wasn't set up for him so he may not get the most out of it right from the off. Same for the BQR. The only thing I see as beneficial, is if Colin likes what he feels more than the BMW/Suter combination. Too bad he didn't get a shot at an ART though. Would have liked to read his thoughts on that......sean

Dani to have 4 bikes for FP1 at Laguna, 2 new 2013 versions, and 2 2012 versions for b2b eval.
Stoner has elected to use the new engines with the 2012 chassis.
Serious effort by HRC here.

He has an interview on GP.com. Said the other bikes don't have the same problems as his team, but another set of problems unique to the bike. Said they'd probably be running the same package for Laguna.
I am not surprised. Even if they could get an FTR/Honda They'd have to find a track to test and work as many bugs out as they can (and go afoul of the testing rules) and get to Laguna. No, not nearly enough time.
