Schwantz at COTA?

During the test at COTA last month, the track officials found out that Kevin Schwantz was at the track and had him escorted off the property.

Does anyone know if COTA can legally ban him from attending the race this weekend strictly because he has a lawsuit going against them? I realize that the test he was ejected from was a private test, but still don't see how they could justify their actions then. The race itself is open to the public, so unless they have taken out a restraining order against KS (and it would be interesting to see what grounds they'd use to try to get that), can they keep him out?

Personally, I hope KS busts their balls on this lawsuit!!

Mick from Poland?

He used to be on the old CE forum, and I believe he came here a few times, but I haven't seen anything from him in a couple of years at aleast.  He was trying to get into moto-journalism, and eventually into the broadcast side.  If I remember correctly, he was getting a few articles published.

Just wondering if he made it....  Anyone see his byline anyhwere?

Stupid ESPN didn't say anything about what happened to Colin? One or two laps from the end, he suddenly dropped about 10 spots. Did he run off the track? Crash? Abducted by aliens? Oh how I long for the commercial free, non-stop morning warmup to MGP press coverage we used to get in South Africa!! ESPN sucks big-time (but it's better than nothing).
